The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Design and roll out new operational workflows and platform capabilities, working closely with engineers to launch functionality with customers. The role blends product ownership, hands-on implementation and technical support across engineering, customer-facing and sales teams.
What you'll do
- Design new workflows and streamline processes using scalable platform features and knowledge resources so customers see value quickly.
- Guide engineering staff through launches of additional system connections, information structures, reporting views and accuracy safeguards.
- Carry out hands-on implementation work as new capabilities go live with customers, and train the implementation team for launch.
- Build small to medium features with the help of AI development tools.
- Give technical support to customer success and sales teams to speed up implementations and resolve issues quickly.
- Produce durable reference materials and internal utilities that shape everyday operating routines.
- Work across functions to help close deals and shape how the company supports customers as it grows.
What we're looking for
- A four-year degree in computer science or a closely related engineering field.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience driving a specific project from concept to shipped product, working with engineers along the way, and being able to discuss it in depth.
- Familiarity with free-form textual information, beyond neatly tabulated records.
- Real hands-on time with the movement and storage of information in analytics or processing tools.
- Experience at a startup.
- Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Bonus points
- Strong background in writing product requirement documents and gathering requirements.
- Some exposure to AI products or teams.
