About the company

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own and grow a strategic alliances program, from identifying target partners through negotiation, signed agreements and launch. Work across sales, product, engineering and leadership to turn partner relationships into qualified pipeline and well-scoped technical integrations.

What you'll do

  • Build and run the alliance strategy for a key partner category, identifying, prioritizing and pursuing strategic partners.
  • Carry a quota tied to pipeline creation and sales-qualified opportunities, sourcing partner-driven deals and handing them to the sales team to close.
  • Work with product and engineering to scope, prioritize and accelerate technical integrations with partner systems.
  • Negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including distribution, referral and revenue-sharing arrangements.
  • Build lasting relationships with senior leaders at partner organizations.
  • Lead each partnership from first outreach through signed agreement and launch, coordinating across internal teams.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks and processes that help the partnerships function scale.
  • Represent the company at partner meetings and industry conferences, and contribute to go-to-market strategy with leadership.

What we're looking for

  • A track record of closing sophisticated, long-cycle strategic alliances in the health technology space, including creating a partner playbook with large platform vendors.
  • Hands-on work with system and API integrations, and the ability to define scope and a prioritization framework.
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B software or health technology startup.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to read the room, sustain engagement and build relationships with senior partner leaders.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time, mainly for conferences.

  • Health, dental and vision coverage

Location and work model
