Our client is a financial software company helping enterprises manage tax and invoicing compliance. Its implementation team works with customer engineers to connect complex financial systems.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own post-sales implementation as a Solution Architect. This is an individual contributor position covering technical design, integration delivery, launch, and post-launch support.
What you'll do
- Lead technical onboarding from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
- Build and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, and authentication flows.
- Translate e-invoicing and indirect-tax requirements into API integration designs.
- Work with enterprise customer teams and run technical project discussions.
- Provide structured implementation feedback to product and engineering.
- Attend customer onsite visits when needed.
What we're looking for
- 3 to 6 years of relevant post-sales solutions or implementation experience.
- Hands-on API integration experience beyond configuring prebuilt connectors.
- Experience integrating ERP, billing, or financial systems for enterprise customers.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Comfort owning delivery as an individual contributor without direct reports.
Bonus points
- VAT, GST, or e-invoicing knowledge.
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS or API company.
- Payments, accounting, or fintech experience.
Location and work model
- New York or San Francisco, United States.
- Hybrid work with office attendance required; a fixed weekly day count is not specified.
- Customer onsite visits may be needed.
