  • Provide attentive client service, including face-to-face meetings when appropriate.
  • Advise company leadership on the direction of the practice, including recruiting the team.
  • Collaborate with marketing on brand identity and with product colleagues on after-hours client support standards.

What we're looking for

  • Active California bar license and residence in the state.
  • A JD from a highly ranked, accredited, not-for-profit law school.
  • Willingness to split time between remote work and in-person client meetings.
  • A steady career path, genuine care for people and a history of well-satisfied clients.

Bonus points

  • 5 or more years in injury law.
  • Trial experience or a background as a trial lawyer.
  • Long tenure or clear advancement within one firm.
  • Established contacts among other injury lawyers for referrals and joint work.
