The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own day-to-day operations for a small, fast-moving team while working across every function alongside senior leadership. The role blends operational ownership, process automation and hands-on contribution to the product, with regular customer and partner contact.
What you'll do
- Own and improve core operating workflows, automating repetitive work wherever possible.
- Partner directly with senior leadership across all areas of the business.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of new structured credit offerings.
- Help shape the product and its automation capabilities through continuous iteration.
- Act as a direct point of contact for customers and partners, including by phone.
- Flex into customer success and account management style work as needed.
What we're looking for
- 1 to 5 years in a finance or advisory background, such as lending, deal-making, investing or consulting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Precise written and verbal communication.
- High agency and comfort taking full ownership of operations from day one.
- Comfort working in a small, horizontal team.
- Customer-facing skills and ease on the phone.
- Familiarity with current AI and coding tools.
