About the company

Our client is a software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work directly with senior stakeholders at customer organizations and turn what you learn into priorities for product and go-to-market teams.

What you'll do

  • Run onboarding, implementations, pilots and training so new customers reach early value quickly and repeatably.
  • Act as the primary contact for senior customer stakeholders and manage accounts end to end with no hand-offs.
  • Drive adoption, run business reviews, own renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Define success metrics, account health signals and escalation paths for a new function.
  • Write and document playbooks for onboarding, health scoring and expansion.
  • Share patterns from customer deployments with product and engineering to inform the roadmap.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in customer success or account management owning B2B accounts end to end, including onboarding, renewals and expansion.
  • Background at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup or technology company.
  • Ability to work on-site five days a week.

Benefits

  • Health, dental and vision coverage

Location and work model

  • San Francisco, California, United States
