About the company

Our client is a law firm.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take charge of a book of claimant-side injury matters, guiding each one from first contact to resolution before any lawsuit is filed. You will shape strategy, negotiate outcomes and serve as the main point of contact for clients, supported by a team of legal professionals.

What you'll do

  • Handle a full docket of injury claims that are resolved before court filing, from initial intake to final settlement.
  • Build the strategy for each claim, review medical documentation and put together settlement demand materials.
  • Hold settlement discussions with insurers and the opposing side to secure strong results.
  • Keep clients informed and set realistic expectations at every stage of their claim.
  • Partner with paralegals, case managers and lien specialists to keep matters moving.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years representing injured claimants, which is a firm requirement.
  • Active California bar membership in good standing.
  • Track record of carrying a heavy workload of injury claims.
  • Sound judgment in assessing risk, leverage and the worth of a claim.
  • Confident negotiator who works independently and drives matters forward.
  • A steady employment history without a pattern of brief stints.
  • Willingness to work on-site full-time.

Bonus points

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
