Our client is a healthcare technology startup building AI-assisted clinical workflows. Product, engineering, and clinical teams work together to improve how care tasks are delivered.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own a portfolio of clinical agents as Clinical Agent Lead. The role combines product ownership, customer discovery, technical delivery, and production performance management.
What you'll do
- Own agents from concept through deployment and iteration.
- Coordinate engineering sprints and delivery commitments.
- Review pull requests and contribute code with AI-assisted tools.
- Gather customer requirements and translate clinical workflows into product scope.
- Define performance metrics, monitor failure modes, and improve agents in production.
- Turn recurring customer needs into reusable platform capabilities.
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of experience owning complex products or systems in a startup.
- A mixed technical or consulting and product background.
- Founding engineer, founding PM, or technical founder experience.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Ability to read, write, and review code, with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, or Node proficiency.
- Strong analytical and technical fundamentals through a STEM degree or demonstrated startup experience.
Bonus points
- Experience leading a product through its full lifecycle.
- Experience working directly with clinicians or healthcare customers.
Location and work model
- New York, New York, United States.
- At least three days per week in the office.
- Candidates relocating should be able to move within 4 to 8 weeks.
