Confido's job board exposes the hiring math. The company publishes pay for the roles it is recruiting, and most of the 34 openings predate the fundraise.
On September 22, 2026, Confido announced a $55 million Series B led by Insight Partners. Returning investors Footwork, Trenches Capital, Watchfire, Barrel Ventures, and Y Combinator participated. Confido says the round brings its total funding to $77 million and will support development of its planning products, expansion into food service, and key hires across product, engineering, and go-to-market.
Confido's Ashby board, observed September 26, listed 34 full-time jobs. Thirty-three were marked NYC Office and one, Manager of Trade Promotion Management, was marked NYC Office Optional. Ashby labeled all 34 as on-site. The list covers engineering, AI, data, product, design, sales, marketing, finance, operations, recruiting, and administration. Six postings date to November 2025 and most predate the September 22 round, so the board is not proof that the financing created every opening.
The published pay gives candidates a useful starting point. Confido lists Software Engineer at $200,000 to $230,000, New Grad Software Engineer at $170,000, and Product Marketer at $200,000 to $220,000. Engineering Manager shows $260,000 to $320,000 plus equity and a performance bonus of up to 40%. The Enterprise Account Executive range is $300,000 to $350,000 OTE, which is not the same as base salary.
For founders, this is what compensation transparency should do: let candidates understand the ladder before a recruiter call. It also forces you to explain why an individual contributor, manager, or commercial hire sits where it does.
If you are considering Confido, ask when the role opened, why it remains open, and how base, bonus, and equity were set for your level. Clarify the office expectation too. The round may expand the team, but the job page is the better source for the offer you are actually evaluating.
